What is TLC?

    We are an outreach program designed to promote community resources, education and donation needs. Our  focus is to assist local agencies by providing volunteer aid and assistance.

    We are dedicated to making sure that every at-risk baby begins life healthy and continues that way by being warm, well fed, safe and loved. Our commitment is to be a community service organization where everyone benefits, from the sponsor to the recipient. ‘Cause everyone benefits from a little “TLC” (especially babies).
