The Lullaby Connection was organized in March of 2001. Since then TLC has gone to great lengths to become identified as a unique non-profit group. TLC uses the slogan, “Everyone benefits from a little TLC, especially babies," to remind the giver and receiver the importance of newborn babies and their needs. TLC is dedicated to making sure that every baby born in the Las Vegas Valley begins their life with something new, warm and filled with Love. Our TLC packets are not just essential items they are gifts from the heart. Each sponsor and volunteer who donates a packet sends with it their care and affection. And that is why…. “Everyone benefits from a little TLC, especially babies.” The Founder TLC was founded by Darla Hayden, she is the wife of Michael Hayden and mother of four daughters. Hayden holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Humans Services and Management from the University of Phoenix.
