Layette Packets: Every month there are as many as 400 babies born in the Las Vegas Valley who are in desperate need of basic items like blankets and clothing. TLC provides these tiny babies with new layette packets filled with new blankets, gowns, booties, hats, diapers and other essential items. We also provide burial outfits for the little angels who leave the world too soon. Help! If you are involved in a service minded organization or just someone looking for a worthwhile service activity, TLC makes a great connection.
